The Sookmyung Women＇s University Museum and Moon Shin Museum of Art select and display modern and contemporary donated collections to mark the 20th anniversary of their relocation and opening. The leading museums at home and abroad started based on someone＇s special gift, Donation. The methods of collecting works in the museum include donation, purchase, excavation and consignment, inheritance, and donation. Among these, donations play a special role in the composition of the collection of the university museum, which lacks financial resources for purchase. Sookmyung Women＇s University＇s Museum, Moon Shin Art Museum, and Chung-young-yang embroidery Museum are also composed by donation. Donors visit trusted museums and art galleries with goodwill to let more members of the public enjoy art together, and the museum rewards them by maintaining the preservation in a better environment and continuing exhibitions.

This exhibition is designed to continue the future as a reliable museum and is held under the theme of donation following Sookmyung Women＇s University Museum＇s "The Feast of Life, Records of Donation" and Moon Shin Art Museum＇s "Choi Sung-sook, The World in the Star at Dawn".
